"Tudumu Katika Ibada" translate as "Remain in Worship". The style itself is terrific; it’s refreshing to have designs in African prints that can wear across several occasions. Not every time party cloth, sometimes smart casual! The asymmetric print makes it perfect as a smart casual Friday wear to work. Style this fabric into the desired dress with your favorite accessories.
You want an African print dress that gives that summer sun, fun-loving, girl-on-the-beach vibes with a blend of a pop of colors and still looking effortlessly simple and pretty, then you have to try this khanga design.
TUDUMU "Khanga collection" is made up of fine cotton fabric and is locally produced in Tanzania, East Africa. Kanga is usually bought in a pair called "doti" (2 pieces joined together) and needs to be cut and sewn along the raw edge to separate them before being worn. Khanga comes in a rectangular shape, approximately 60 x 45 inches per pair when cut or a full uncut length of approximately 120x45inches. Our designs also have a proverb, riddle, messages of love, prosperity or religion written on them which is called “Msemo” in Swahili, meaning “a saying”.
